Typing on netbooks can be problematic when the cursor jumps, here’s a fix

Jumping cursor is an annoying problem in Windows 7 and Windows 8 Consumer Preview version where while typing, the mouse cursor keeps jumping from one place to another and a single accidental click could mean the loss of data. Several people are facing this problem right now and it seems that the best possible solution is to adjust the Mouse settings.

 

1. StepPress Windows Hot Key + R to initiate Run and type in Control Panel and press Enter.

2. StepClick on Mouse options to change the Mouse settings.

3. StepUncheck the Enable pointer precision and you can get rid of this problem
