Renaming the network in Windows 7 is quite easy. Here’s how you do it.
Network & Sharing Center
For starters, open up the Network & Sharing Center.
Home Network Icon
Next, click on the house icon:
Rename Network
Now, enter a name for the network:
You can also change the network icon if you want to.
Easy, huh?
