Just download”http://cdn.steampowered.com/download/SteamInstall.msi”to help you doing this.
(1) add the game you want to take screenshots for and you just press F12 in game to take screenshots
(2) Steam will automatically upload the screenshots to your steam profile for example: http://steamcommunity.com/id/ProfileName/screenshots
