Recovering Photos_thumb3Recovering photos and pictures is easy if you did not use your computer too much after you found out they were gone, here’s a great Windows file recovery software that works on 7,8 and even on Vista

2. Step After downloading the software, double-click the .exe file and it should ask you for permissions, confirm

3. Step When you start the file recovery software for the first time it will ask you what you want to do. From there it’s pretty straight forward, select Recover and you can then select the file type e.g. images, documents, etc

4. Step You will have to remember the filename or it may be difficult to find the file, but if you don’t enter nothing and click Next

5. Step You will be asked to scan either a certain directory or the entire drive. If you know the path, you should select it because scanning an entire drive for deleted photos could take long. In most cases it will only be a few seconds, so if you are unsure select C:

Scan Entire Drive For Deleted Photos

It will then scan and try to find files that are recoverable:

Parsing From Master File Table

If you are lucky, you should get a long list of files that the program can recover, including your deleted photos and pictures
