First, enable SSH on your Iomega Drive: Usually NASIP/diagnostics for example //hmnhd-ti2n0l/diagnostics

1. Step Open Putty

2. Step Enter the IP address of your NAS – if you don’t know it, open the Network and right-click on the NAS device. Click properties and copy the IP from the popup

3. Step You will be asked to confirm the host key:

4. Step When asked for a username enter root

5. Step When asked for a password, enter soho/User Password/ (without spaces and slash)

6. Step Here’s an example password: sohoPassword123

Hit Enter and you can start entering commands. Here I used dir to see the directory structure:
