I used to love Live Mesh, before they made it into Skydrive, which is almost identical to Dropbox and Google Drive.
What I always never liked about these 3 was that if you wanted to share/backup/sync files between computers or online, you had to either put them all in the special sync folder, or copy them each time. Live Mesh used to let you choose a folder to sync, wherever it is on you computer/hard drives, which meant that you were not limited with size when syncing between computers (only for the online backup). Because with all of these 3, you are limited to only 2GB, 5GB or 7GB for free.
But then there is Wuala, it is almost the same as Live Mesh (but without the remote control feature). You can just select which folder you want to sync and then when ever there are changes it will create an online copy, as well as back up on any other computer you have synced.
